About Us

A Virginia native, Jake studied Systems Engineering at West Point before serving 5 years in the US Army - serving in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Afghanistan. After the Army, Jake attended Michigan Ross School of Business and got his MBA. From 2021-2025, Jake worked at McKinsey’s Chicago office focusing on ops transformations for lower/middle market industrial companies and cross-industry procurement strategy.

In his personal life, Jake enjoys riding motorcycles, training for triathlons and searching for the perfect breakfast sandwich. He continues to support veterans by reviewing resumes for vets transitioning out of the military. He lives in Chicago with his wife, Phoebe.

Originally from Boston, Sean studied Economics at Duke University before moving to Wisconsin in 2011 to work for the industry leader in healthcare software, Epic Systems. He has stayed in the Midwest since, spending 8 years at Epic as an implementation lead and 2 years pursuing his MBA at Michigan Ross. Since graduating Ross, Sean has worked in Deloitte’s consulting strategy practice, specializing in growth strategy for healthcare clients.

Outside of work, Sean is an avid golfer who has a mission to play in all 50 states (35 of 50 so far). He is also a wine lover who earned his Level 1 Sommelier certification and was president of the Wolverine Wine Club while in business school.
